Request to Delete Your Data

Story Genie AI LLC respects your privacy. If you’d like us to delete your personal data, you can either email us or submit the form below. We verify each request to protect your privacy, and we delete the information as required under U.S. and Texas law.

What We Delete

– Account information (name, email, and profile data)
– Book personalization details (names and traits entered)
– Support messages and communications
– Any identifiers linked to your data in our systems

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information required by law, such as order numbers, payment records, or tax documentation. Once those retention periods expire, the data is permanently deleted.

How to Request Deletion

You can either:
A. Send an email to support@storygeniebooks.com with the subject ‘Data Deletion Request.’ Include:

• Your full name
• The email used with your Story Genie account or order
• Your order number (optional)

OR

B. Submit the form below. We will confirm by email within 3 business days and complete the deletion process within 30 days.

Facebook Login Users

If you used Facebook to log in, you may also remove Story Genie from Facebook directly:
1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites.
3. Find ‘Story Genie’ and click Remove.
4. Choose the option to delete your activity and confirm.
