Review of the child personalization information we have stored
Correction of inaccurate information
Partial or full deletion of personalization details
Withdrawal of consent for future collection or use
Deletion of your account and personal data
These rights may only be exercised by an account holder or verified parent/guardian. We verify each request to protect privacy.

What We Delete
Upon verified request, we can delete:
Child personalization details (name, traits, age, description)
Optional uploaded photos
Support or service communication history, if applicable
Stored design files, if no longer needed
Once deletion is complete, personalization details cannot be recovered.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information when required for:
Financial recordkeeping
Transaction history
Legal or accounting obligations
Fraud prevention or platform security
Retained information is minimal and not used for personalization, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.
Timing
We process verified requests promptly.
You will receive a written confirmation once the request is complete.
Reprints After Deletion
If you request full deletion, future reprints will not be possible unless new personalization details are provided.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw parental consent for future collection or use of personalization information at any time.
Withdrawal does not require deletion of past financial records that we are legally required to retain.
