The fine print, in plain words
What you can count on.
Free US shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is included in the $49.99 price. No separate shipping fee at checkout.
Where we ship
The United States today. We are working toward more regions, and the comparison pages note brands that ship internationally now.
If something's wrong, we'll fix it
Each book is personalized and printed to order, so we can't take returns once printing starts. If it arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. And if we can't make it right, we'll make it up to you. That's our satisfaction guarantee.
Damaged in transit
If your book arrives damaged, email us and we replace it. A real person reads every message.
Gifting on a deadline?
The simple rule: count back 14 days.
The quiz takes 2 to 3 minutes, then your preview takes about 4 minutes. The wait is print plus shipping, which is 9 to 12 days end to end. To gift on a specific date without sweating it, start 14 days ahead.
That buffer is not just for the mail. It gives you room to preview the story, tweak a line so it sounds like your family, and approve it without rushing. Printing starts when you approve, so on a tight date, make your changes and approve the same day.
A quick count-back
- Birthday on the 20th? Order by the 6th.
- A holiday gift? Order 14 days before the date.
- Last-minute? Order today, make your changes, and approve it the same day. Printing starts when you approve.
