If something's wrong, we'll fix it
Each book is personalized and printed to order, so we can't take returns once printing starts. If it arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Damaged in transit
If your book arrives damaged, email us and we replace it. A real person reads every message.
Gifting on a deadline?
The simple rule: count back two weeks.
Making the book takes about a minute. The wait is print plus shipping, which runs up to nine business days end to end. To gift on a specific date without sweating it, start about two weeks ahead.
That buffer is not just for the mail. It gives you room to preview the story, tweak a line so it sounds like your family, and approve it without rushing. If the date is tight, order first and edit during the preview window; the clock only starts when you approve.
